No. A voided selection returns the stake and a whole-number basketball spread or total that pushes is voided too, so neither appears as a loss in the calculation.
Does cashback affect the bonus already in the account?
It joins the same bonus balance and is consumed under the existing 30× wagering requirement rather than creating a second, parallel one.
